We've put together this recipe collection for those of you who, like us, want to eliminate or significantly limit the impact of gluten on your diet and lifestyle. This collection features 75 recipes for everyday gluten-free meals. We prepare these dishes ourselves at home; some are our favourites, and we repeat them weekly or even daily.

We lead an active lifestyle, walk a lot, run in the park, work out, run a fitness blog, and run a healthy posture club, so we need a diet that's rich in beneficial micronutrients and nutritious. Therefore, we had specific requirements for our gluten-free diet, at least to maintain sufficient levels of vitamin B, vitamin E, and micro- and macroelements (iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium) while eliminating whole grains.

In this book, we want to show that a daily gluten-free diet can also be accessible, healthy, balanced, and delicious. All dishes are divided into sections: soups, salads, hot and cold appetizers, meat, poultry, fish, side dishes, sweet dishes, bread, and fast food. These are quick, easy-to-make recipes that anyone can make in a regular kitchen, just like we do.
